  • Obtain all necessary guest consent for SMS communications.

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and privacy obligations.

  • Ensure information provided to the Service is accurate and up to date.

4. Guest Consent

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining guest consent for SMS communications.

By using the Service, customers represent and warrant that they have obtained all required permissions, notices, and consents necessary to communicate with guests via SMS.

CoopDrop SMS is not responsible for a customer's failure to obtain proper consent.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, telecommunications networks, internet outages, or events beyond our control.

6. Subscription Fees and Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected by the customer.

Customers authorize recurring billing for active subscriptions until canceled.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

Customers may not use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited or spam messages.

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals.

  • Distribute malicious software or harmful content.

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

  • Infringe on the rights of others.

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service during an active subscription.

CoopDrop SMS is not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoopDrop SMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to CoopDrop SMS during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoopDrop SMS and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Customer misuse of the Service.

  • Failure to obtain guest consent.

  • Violations of applicable laws or regulations.

  • Information provided by the customer.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

14. AI Responses and Accuracy

CoopDrop SMS uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to guest inquiries.

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of the information provided to the Service, including property details, policies, amenities, and recommendations.

CoopDrop SMS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated response and shall not be liable for decisions made in reliance on such responses.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
